Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Ran at five meets for Iowa State … closed out career with personal best 4:50.27 in the mile, taking sixth at the Big 12 Championships … also ran at the Wieczorek Invite, Cyclone Open, UW Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

XC: Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors… ran in all but one race for the Cyclones in 2019… finished 68th individually at the Big 12 Championship, helping Iowa State to a fourth-place finish with a time of 23:12.0… finished 240th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 23:12.0… ran at the Joe Piane Invitational, finishing 172nd individually in a time of 18:23.01. Opened the season with an eighth-place showing at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing in 14:27.0.

2018-19
Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 1,500-meter run (PR, 4:26.27) and 22nd in the 5,000-meter run (17:50.49) at the Big 12 Championships … was member of ISU’s fourth-place distance medley relay (11:19.34) at the Drake Relays … notched personal best 2:11.15 in the 800-meter run to finish ninth at the Sun Angel Classic … competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Cardinal Classic and Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Finished fifth in the mile with a personal best 4:52.33 at the Big 12 Championships … also competed in the 3,000-meter run at the conference championships … won the 3,000-meter run (9:57.32) at the Jimmy Grant Invitational … also competed at the Razorback Invite, Wieczorek Invitationa and Hawkeye Invitational.

XC: Finished 45th as an individual at the Big 12 Championships… competed for Iowa State at the Bradley Invitational and the Nuttycombe Invitational… took eighth as an individual at the Hawkeye Invitational… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team recognition.

2017-18
Outdoor: Participated in five meets for ISU … finished 16th in the 1,500m (4:40.92) and 20th in the 5,000m (18:01.20) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … led-off for second place 4x1,600m relay (19:26.25) at the Drake Relays … ran the 1,500m at the Cardinal Classic, Sun Angel Classic and Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in five meets for the Cyclones … clocked a personal best 4:52.86 in the mile to finish eighth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished second in the 1,000m (2:58.94) at the Hawkeye Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Razorback Invitational and Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

XC: Did not compete.

2016-17
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 16th in the 1,500-meter run at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … ran to a personal-best 4:27.08 in the 1,500 to finish third at the Musco Twilight … also competed in the 1,500 at the Stanford Invitational (10th, 4:34.11) … finished 26th in the 5,000 at the Drake Relays (17:17.16).

Indoor: Took part in four meets for ISU … competed in the 1,000-meter run (10th, 2:51.80) and the 3,000-meter run (14th, 9:42.37) in the Big 12 Indoor Championships … took second in the 800-meter run at the Hawkeye Invitational (2:15.15) … finished third in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (4:57.01) … finished 27th in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic (9:43.96).

XC: Competed in three meets for the Cyclones in 2016 … made her collegiate debut at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 31st overall (10:52) as Iowa State’s fourth finisher to help lead the Cyclones to a 3-3-1 dual scoring record at the meet … finished 205th (25:07) at the Roy Griak Invitational as the Cyclones took 14^th as a team … was Iowa State’s sixth finisher in the open race at the Wisconsin Invitational, placing 68^th in 23:58.

Before Iowa State
Wright hails from Packwood, Iowa, where she had a tremendous prep career as a Pekin Panther … At the 2016 IAHSAA 2A State Championships, placed second in both the 800m and 1,500m races … had a pair of runner-up finishes at the Iowa State Girls Indoor meet in the 800m (2:18.26) and 3,000m (10:39.79) … holds personal bests marks of 2:14.68 (800m), 4:43.92 (1500m), 10:15.09 (3000m) and 18:38.00 (5k – XC).
