Nate Postma is in his 20th season working as an athletic trainer for the Iowa State football program.

Postma joined the ISU Athletics Department in 2007 and has worked directly with the Cyclone football team, helping it reach a pair of Big 12 Championship games and 10 bowl games during his tenure.

The Sheldon, Iowa native joined Iowa State following two seasons with the United States Military Academy football and baseball teams.

The Iowa State graduate earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science in 2003 and his master’s degree from East Carolina in 2005. While at East Carolina he worked with football, men’s soccer and its nationally-ranked baseball team.
