2023 (Senior)
The most tenured pitcher on staff, Spelhaug was the Cyclones’ most consistent arm in the circle during her final season in Ames … she hurled a staff-high 108.1 innings, as she was the only arm to crack 100 innings of work … she recorded an 8-8 record, holding a 4.01 ERA … made 13 starts on the season in 138 appearances, both a team-high … had two standout performances on the season, with the first coming in Stillwater where she tossed a scoreless 7.2 innings, allowing just three hits, to help lead ISU to an upset victory over No. 3 Oklahoma State in 11 innings … her other star performance came against No. 15 Baylor in the Big 12 Championship where she tossed a two-hit complete game against the Bears, striking out six … her 37 career wins rank eighth most in school history while her eight saves are the second most in a career.

2022 (Junior)
Made 41 appearances in the circle, the sixth most in a season in program history … tallied 16 starts … logged 137.2 innings … compiled an 11-18 record with a 4.17 ERA … recorded 83 strikeouts … matched her career high in strikeouts (6) four times during the season, including games against No. 6 UCLA and No. 5 Washington … earned Big 12 Pitcher of the Week honors after she posted a 1.66 ERA across 12.2 innings and picked up two wins in her four appearances against Iowa and Baylor … logged 5.2 innings of work against the Hawkeyes while striking out three in a 5-4 ISU victory … allowed one run in seven innings at Baylor, including back-to-back outings in which she allowed only one hit.

2021 (Sophomore)
Pitched in a staff-high 36 games during the 2021 season ... made 12 starts in the circle ... pitched complete games in seven of her 12 starts ... recorded a team-high three saves on the year ... had a 3.97 ERA in 135.2 innings of work ... rang up 71 strikeouts ... had a team-best .240 opponent batting average ... had a season-high seven strikeouts in a win at Texas Tech ... went 13-7 on the season.
