Buss was a local star at Ames High School, earning a handful of honors over her last two seasons with the Little Cyclones ... for her efforts in her senior campaign, Buss earned Second Team All-Conference ... after her junior season, Buss received First Team All-Conference, First Team All-District and Second Team All-State honors ... Buss was also a Second Team All-Conference member in her sophomore year of 2021 ... Buss was a 4x200 relay champion as a junior and her relay team came in second at state her senior campaign ... across all high school sports, Buss earned 15 letters combined, having played softball, volleyball and basketball while also running track.
Personal
Daughter of Sarah and Nathan Buss ... has six siblings - brothers: Savion Coleman and Laiken Buss, along with sisters: Macee Buss, Joscelyn Farner, Jewels Buss and Vaeh Buss ... her older sisters Macee and Joscelyn attended ISU, with Macee being a member of the cheer team while Joscelyn was a diver on the swim and dive team.
