Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in 32:04.50.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … took fifth in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also ran the mile at the Hawkeye Invitational and Razroback Invitational … finished 11th in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic (8:09.49).

XC: Churned out a great postseason in 2017 … one of five Cyclones to finish in the top-100 at the NCAA Championships, where the Cyclones finished seventh, taking 97th individually at the NCAA Championships in 30:41.13 … earned All-Region honors with four other Cyclones, placing 20th individually at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a time of 29:40.45 … began the year with a third-place showing at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2016-17
Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational, finishing 17th in 14:21.65.

Indoor: Competed in the Iowa State Classic, running in 30th at 8:14.57.

XC: Did not compete.

2015-16
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 18th in 14:24.04 … took fifth in the 5,000 at the Big 12 Championships … finished sixth in his section of the 1,500-meter run at the John McDonnell Invitational … posted career-best 13:55.11 in section two of the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in five meets for the Cyclones … scored for Iowa State with an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … finished third in his section of the 3,000 at the Iowa State Classic, recording a career-best mark of 8:04.20 … picked up win in 3,000-meter run at the Big 4 Duals … ran fifth in the mile at the Razorback Invitational … was member of 4x800 relay and distance medley relay teams at Penn State Relays.

XC: Was Iowa State's third finisher at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, where he finished 6th in 19:18 and helped the Cyclones to the team title ... clocked a 24:22 at the Rim Rock Classic to finish 6th overall and help Iowa State win the team title ... finished 131st in 24:37 as Iowa State's third runner at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... earned All-Big 12 honors by placing 13th (24:58) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship, where he was one of two Cyclones to make the podium ... garnered All-Region honors, placing 23rd (30:40) at the NCAA Midwest Regional, where he was the top Cyclone finisher.

2014-15
Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 800-meter run at the Musco Twilight, running a personal record of 1:51.64.

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Made his collegiate debut at the Roy Griak Invitational, posting a time of 27:14 in the 8K race ... competed in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing with a time of 25:02 ... finished as Iowa State’s seventh at the Big 12 Championship, posting an 8K time of 25:59 ... finished 29th overall for the Cyclones in the conference race ... placed 40th individually at the NCAA Midwest Regional, crossing the line with a 10K time of 30:53.6.

Before Iowa State
Five-time state champion at Arizona’s Corona Del Sol High School … broke the tape at the state cross country meet with a time of 15:08. Gatorade’s Arizona Runner of the Year … captured individual state titles in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m, also anchoring the 4x800m team to a title … holds a personal best of 1:52.97 (800m), 3:54.52 (1500m) and 4:10.46 (Mile).
