The Sooners used a solo homer in the second and a two-run single in the third from Dickenson to increase their lead to 6-0.
After scoring a run in the fourth, Dickenson again hit a home run to end the game in the fifth.
The Cyclones (20-29, 0-5 Big 12) had three hits, a walk and a hit batter against
Fallon Johnson and Alex Johnson extended their three-game hitting streaks and Courtney Wray added a single for the third hit of the game. Alex Johnson, a freshman from
Johnson now has the most hits by a Cyclone in a single-season since Erin Woods had 59 in 1999.
Eckermann (24-1) was able to get out of a couple of jams to pick up her 24th win of the season. The freshman allowed three hits while striking out five for her 10th shutout of the season.
Katie Reichling (0-4) got the loss in her first start since March 2 against
Ricketts joined Dickenson with three hits while Flores and Norelle Dickson collected two apiece.
