-Ramos has been on a tear offensively, the junior catcher has hit five home runs in the last six games – including a three-run shot on Tuesday night at Drake.
-Karlie Charles boasts a 10-4 record on the season with a team-low ERA of 2.99. Charles leads Iowa State in strikeouts (52) and innings pitched (84.1). She is tied for the Big 12 lead in victories this season with Oklahoma State's Carrie Eberle.
-Sophomore pitcher Ellie Spelhaug has already recorded three saves - T-No. 6 nationally.
