AMES, Iowa – Iowa State is riding its second-longest win streak of the season as it enters this weekend's action against Colorado State. The Cyclones have their Big 12 "bye week," as they're the only school not facing a league school this weekend. ISU will compete in its third and fourth doubleheader in the last 12 days.

ISU rotates four primary pitchers in the circle, as Karlie Charles (4-2) holds the lowest ERA on the team. Charles has walked just eight players this season, tied for the fewest among Big 12 players. Ellie Spelhaug (3-5) has pitched the most innings, 68, of any member of the staff and has appeared in a team-high 27 games. Saya Swain leads the team in strikeouts, as she currently sits at 85.
