Kicking Off
After earning the program's 200th win in dramatic fashion at Creighton Thursday evening, the Cyclones will return to the Cyclone Soccer Complex to host Drake for Senior Day. Iowa State will aim to earn its first Senior Day victory since 2021 when it defeated SIU Edwardsville, 1-0.
The Cyclones, who have earned a result in their first two contests for just the second time in the last ten years, will look to continue their momentum and nab the first home win of the year. Sunday night's game will be Senior Day, as the Cyclones are set to honor 10 athletes. The Senior Day recognitions will commence following the contest.Â
After earning their first win of the season last time out, the Bulldogs will look to carry their winning ways to Ames. Last time out, Drake trounced Western Illinois, winning 5-0 in Macomb, Ill. Sunday's game in Ames will be the second leg of a four-game road stint for the Bulldogs, who will then travel to both SIUE and Kansas.
As a reminder, admission to the Cyclone Soccer Complex is FREE.
