Outdoor: Finished 37th in the hammer (180-10, 55.12m) at NCAA West Prelims ... took 10th at Big 12 Championships in the hammer with 181-10 (55.43m) ... had a season-best 191-4 (58.32m) at Kansas Relays to place fourth ... took third at both Drake Relays (190-7) and the Cyclone Twilight (190-4).
Indoor: Scored in the weight throw at Big 12 Championships placing fifth with 65-7 3/4 (20.01m) ... won the event at the Iowa State Classic (65-9 3/4, 20.06m) and Iowa Open (65-6, 19.96m) ... also threw at the Razorback Invite and Cyclone Open.

2023-24
Indoor: Tossed the second-best weight throw mark in school history on first throw of season (66-11 1/4, 20.40m) at the Hawkeye Invite, then broke the school record by nearly three feet at the next meet with 70-0 1/4 (21.34m) at the Razorback Invite … cemented a bronze medal finish at Big 12 Championships with 65-4 3/4 (19.93m) … hit marks over 20 meters at every regular season meet … won the weight throw at the Iowa State Classic (66-7 3/4, 20.31m) and the Iowa Open (65-8 1/4, 20.02m) … placed second at the Tyson Invite with 68-5 (20.85m).

2022-23
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the hammer throw, finishing 26th with 195-11 (59.73m) … threw a personal best of 209-8 (63.91m) to break the hammer throw school record and place third at Big 12 Championships … placed fourth at Drake Relays with 202-1 (61.59m) … placed second at the Iowa State Alumni Invite (202-1, 61.60m), sixth at the Beach invite (202-7, 61.74m) and fourth at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (201-3, 61.35m).
Indoor: Joined the Cyclones, competed in the weight throw at five meets … put up the fourth-best weight throw performance in school history taking second at the Iowa State Classic with 64-3 3/4 (19.60m) … finished 11th at Big 12 Championships with 58-8 1/2 (17.89m) … notched top-five finishes at the Snowshoe Open, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

2021-22 (Southern Illinois)
Outdoor: Competed in NCAA West Prelims in the hammer throw, finishing 30th (191-4, 58.33m) … placed eighth at the Drake Relays with a hammer throw PR of 201-5 (61.39m) … threw 198-1 (60.37m) in the hammer throw for fourth at the MVC Championship … also threw at the Illini, Joe Walker, Joey Haines and Margaret Simmons Invites.
Indoor: Placed fourth in the weight throw (64-3, 19.58m) at the MVC Championship … set a weight throw PR of 64-8 1/2 (19.72m) at the Music City Challenge for seventh place … also competed at the Don DeNoon Invite, Indiana University Relays and the John Gartland Invite.

2020-21 (Southern Illinois)
Outdoor: Put up a shot put PR of 39-9 3/4 (12.13m) at the Rock Chalk Classic … competed in six meets.
Indoor: Scored team points after finishing third in the weight throw with 62-4 (19.00m) at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships ... finished fifth in the weight throw at the Indiana State Invitational ... took eighth in the weight throw and ninth in the shot put at the season-opening Don DeNoon Dual.

High School

Bronze medalist at the 2019 MSHSAA Class 4 State Championship in the shot put with a mark of 40-8 (12.45m) … threw personal best of 12.70m in the shot put, 14.98m in the discus and 33.9m in the javelin.
