Iowa State begins action at the Blue Oval with the decathlon at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. The men and women look to bring home the Drake Relays Cup title competing through Relays Cup events (4x100, 4x400, 4x800, SMR, DMR). ISU's full schedule is below.
Last year Iowa State won Drake Relays titles in the women's 10,000m (Dana Feyen), men's shot put (Cam Jones) and the men's 4x800m, an event the ISU men have won 14 times in Relays history.
In addition, many past and current Cyclones will compete in USATF and World Athletics Continental Tour (WACT) events throughout the Relays.
First up, Gable Sieperda and Silas Winders race in the USATF 1 Mile Road Championship Tuesday at 7:15 p.m., and Winders is also entered in the Drake Relays Elite WACT Men's 1,500m on Saturday at 2:25 p.m.
